TERMS_OF_SERVICE_v1.0
Last Updated: April 14, 2026
By accessing or using AURIX, you accept these terms in full.
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the AURIX platform, including all websites, funnels, missions, and related services (collectively, the “Platform”). By entering the Grid, submitting any signal, or interacting with any part of AURIX, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
AURIX is a behavioural data layer for physical environments. It enables immersive urban experiences, venue intelligence, and strategic data assets. The Platform is provided “as is” and is constantly evolving.
When you submit information through any funnel (User, Operator, Investor), you grant AURIX a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, and process that data solely for the purposes described in our Privacy Protocol.
You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the signals you transmit.
You agree NOT to:
All visuals, code, missions, branding, and underlying technology of AURIX are the exclusive property of the AURIX network. You receive no ownership rights by using the Platform.
Your privacy is governed by our Privacy Protocol. By using AURIX you acknowledge and accept how we collect, use, and protect your signals.
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, for any reason — including violation of these Terms. You may stop using the Platform at any time.
THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”. WE MAKE NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
IN NO EVENT SHALL AURIX BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the AURIX core team is based. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify material changes via the Grid or email where possible.
